We process your data solely to respond to your booking inquiry, prepare a tailored proposal, and arrange restaurant reservations on your behalf. Without this information, we cannot provide the service you requested. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (or pre-contractual measures at your request).

To deliver this website and service, your data may be transmitted to or via the following third parties:
- FormSubmit (Unite Solutions Ltd., United Kingdom) - processes the booking form submissions and forwards them to our email. FormSubmit privacy policy.
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, USA) - serves the typefaces used on the site. Your browser's IP address is briefly visible to Google when fonts are loaded.
- Unsplash, Wix CDN, Shopify CDN and the restaurants' own websites - host the images displayed on this site. Your IP address is briefly visible to these services when images load.
- Our hosting provider - serves the site files to your browser. Standard access logs (including IP address) may be retained briefly for security purposes.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing purposes.

Booking inquiries are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to deliver the service and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping (typically up to 24 months). You may request earlier deletion at any time.
